The Maker Lab is proud to partner with Cleveland Cliffs USW 979 and the Institute for Career Development (ICD) to offer a variety of classes that enable steelworkers with 21st century skills in digital manufacturing, design, prototyping and more.

❋ Course ResourcesWether your course is held at the union hall or in our North Ridgeville facility, the course resources provided here will serve as a reference for all syllabi, slideshows, links, and more that will be used throughout the learning process.
❋ Course RegistrationAll courses hosted at our North Ridgeville facility will be posted for registration on this page. Any courses held at the USW 979 Union Hall will registered for on signup day.
❋ Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)The Maker Lab accepts TAP vouchers for all courses hosted at our facility. When you complete the registration form on our site, we will fill out any necessary paperwork, including the TAP form and provide that to you via email.
